1. Introduction of Changan Ford Chongqing Plant:

Changan Ford Motor Co., Ltd. (Changan Ford for short) was established on April 25, 2001, headquartered in Liangjiang New District, Chongqing, and was jointly funded by Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. and Ford Motor Company. Changan Ford currently has three production bases in Chongqing, Hangzhou and Harbin. There are now seven factories, including five vehicle factories, one engine factory and one transmission factory, of which Chongqing has become Ford’s largest production base in the world after Detroit. The SUV models produced and sold by Changan Ford include Ford EVOS, Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, and Ford Edge. The sedan models include Ford Taurus, Ford Mondeo, Ford Focus and Ford Focus. On November 19, 2021, Ford EVOS was launched at the Guangzhou Auto Show, with a total of 5 models, priced from 199,800 yuan to 259,800 yuan. On March 18, 2022, Changan Ford announced at the spring new product show that the new-generation Mondeo was officially launched for pre-sale. A total of 4 models were launched, with a pre-sale price range of 159,800-219,800 yuan. The new car adopts Ford’s new design language “potential energy aesthetics”. Compared with the previous generation, the appearance has been greatly changed, highlighting the sense of sports and design. In terms of interior, it is equipped with a 1.1m large screen and FNV2 electronic and electrical architecture. In terms of power, the entire series is equipped with a Ford EcoBoost 2.0T engine and an 8AT gearbox, with a maximum power of 175kW and a peak torque of 376N m.
