Binzhou Xiangchi Workshop Project:
For the Binzhou Xiangchi Workshop project, Songjiang Group provided custom-designed stainless steel corrugated compensators, also known as stainless steel bellows expansion joints. These flexible, thin-walled, transversely corrugated components consist of a metal bellows and associated fittings. The primary function of the bellows compensator is to utilize its elastic deformation capabilities to compensate for axial, angular, lateral, and combined displacements caused by thermal deformation, mechanical deformation, and mechanical vibration in the pipeline. The compensators provide pressure resistance, sealing, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, impact resistance, vibration reduction, and noise reduction, ultimately reducing pipeline deformation and extending the pipeline’s service life.
